Ricardo Carrillo has more than 17 years of experience advising Peruvian and foreign companies and designing legal strategies in corporate, civil, constitutional and administrative litigation before all levels of the Peruvian Judiciary and the Constitutional Court. He also has extensive experience representing clients in domestic and international arbitration.

From 2004 to 2006, he worked as an Associate in the litigation practice at Bellido, Saco-Vértiz & Bellido Abogados. He joined Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas Abogados in 2006, becoming a Senior Associate in 2011, and remained with the firm until 2018. He joined Benites, Vargas & Ugaz Abogados in 2018 and has been a Partner since 2021.

Ricardo holds a law degree from the University of Lima and has completed specialized studies in commercial, investment and public procurement arbitration at institutions including the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission, American University Washington College of Law and Universidad Austral.
