Eduardo Rojas Saldaña is a Partner in the Tax practice at Benites, Vargas & Ugaz Abogados, with extensive experience advising domestic and international companies on strategic tax matters, tax planning and compliance. His practice includes cross-border structuring, international taxation and tax aspects of corporate transactions.

Before joining BVU in 2022, he was a Partner in the Tax and Agrifood practices at ONTIER and a Senior Associate in the Tax practice at CMS Grau. He has also worked at Deloitte and EY.

Eduardo holds a law degree from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico. He has also completed executive and specialized studies at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, ESAN, Leiden University and the University of Chicago.
