Career
Partner of the Labor & Employment practice at Benites, Vargas & Ugaz Abogados since 2023, following more than a decade of experience within the firm, which she joined in 2010. Her practice focuses on individual and collective labor law, occupational health and safety, labor litigation, and collective bargaining negotiations. Prior to joining BVU, she built a distinguished career within the Peruvian Judiciary, serving as a Clerk of the Third Labor Chamber of the Superior Court of Lima and as Technical Secretary at the Supreme Court of Justice. Since 2023, she has been a member of the National Registry of Arbitrators for Collective Bargaining Negotiations of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE). In addition, she has actively contributed to the development of labor law through specialized publications and speaking engagements at academic events. Her expertise and leadership in labor and employment law have been recognized by leading international legal directories, including The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
