Ricard Nel-lo is the cofounding partner of Toda & Nel-lo, and co-manager of the firm’s Public and Private Law areas, with a wide experience in court proceedings against the Administration. He has extensive experience in Public Procurement, and advises several Public Administrations and State, regional and local owned corporations in the drafting of their tender specifications and other complex legal documents.
He is the advisor and Secretary to the Board of Directors of many companies and corporations, as well as Foundation Boards.
