Partner in charge of the Tax Law department at Toda & Nel-lo’s Madrid office. She has over thirty years’ experience and is a specialist in direct and indirect corporate taxation, as well as in transactions with international implications and Spanish investments abroad and foreign investments in Spain; she also has extensive experience in M&A and tax proceedings.

She has advised on numerous mergers and restructurings in general; he has participated in real estate transactions and in advising foreign investors in Spain and Spanish investments abroad. He has extensive knowledge of tax proceedings, both in tax inspections and before the courts (High Courts of Justice, Audiencia Nacional, Supreme Court, etc.).

She joined the firm after being Head of Tax at López-Ibor’s Madrid office and, previously, at Dentons.
