Albert Faus is the head partner of the Litigation and Arbitration area at Toda & Nel-lo, with a broad experience in both commercial and civil disputes. He is a recognised litigator with expertise in corporate disputes, commercial and real estate contracts, construction, succession and inheritance disputes. He also works as legal advisor for several Spanish and foreign companies as an expert in commercial contracts, company law, competence and unfair competition. He holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona.
