Javier García is a partner of the Public Law Department at Toda & Nel-lo, with extensive experience in Administrative and Urban Law and litigation against the Administration. He is a renowned litigator and has intervened in numerous proceedings against Public Administrations. He has vast experience in urban planning, expropriations, public procurement, subsidies and public aid, regulated sectors and administrative and contentious-administrative procedures. In the field of regulated sectors, he has a high specialization in the tourism sector, being Lawyer of reference of the main associations of the sector of the Tourist Apartments and of different operators.

In 2018 he was appointed Secretary of the Board of Directors of Quonia Socimi S.A. and Secretary General of ASOTUR (Association of Tourist Apartments and Housing Managers of Madrid).
