Renato Edelstein

Renato is a senior associate in Energy at Lefosse.

He has experience in M&A processes involving the energy sector, distributed generation projects, regulatory litigation, as well as projects involving privatizations, having been the PMO of the privatizations of Eletrobras and CEB.

Member of the Energy and Arbitration Committee of CAMARB - Chamber of Business Arbitration.

Renato holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (in 2015) and specializes in the areas of energy and civil litigation. He has an extension course in Regulation of the Electric Sector by the Brazilian Association of Electric Energy Companies and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas FGV in Business in the Electric Sector.
