Rebecca Wise

Rebecca has expertise in all aspects of employment law. Rebecca advises and acts for clients in a variety of industries on issues relating to recruitment, hiring, human rights, discipline, terminations, restrictive covenant issues and occupational health and safety. She regularly drafts workplace policies, employment agreements and termination agreements.

Co-leader of the firm’s internal investigations practice, Rebecca is frequently retained as an independent investigator and she advises clients behind the scenes on sensitive whistleblower complaints and workplace investigations. She regularly conducts and advises on investigations into all forms of alleged misconduct, including harassment, financial misconduct and breaches of confidentiality.
