Rebecca A. Leaf represents public and private employers in a wide range of traditional labor matters. She routinely serves as lead negotiator in collective bargaining negotiations and provides strategic counseling to clients on union representation matters, grievance and arbitration proceedings, and hearings before government agencies.
Rebecca has extensive experience representing health care systems, municipalities, manufacturers, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations in labor relations matters, grievance and arbitration, and unfair labor practice charges and hearings. Rebecca began her career as a trial attorney at the National Labor Relations Board, where she spent eight years developing a deep knowledge of federal labor law and the unionized workplace.
In addition to her traditional labor experience, Rebecca maintains an active employment practice and regularly advises clients on matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour law.
