In practice since 1987, Ravindra is a leading employment law practitioner and a seasoned litigator. The bulk of his present practice revolves around redundancy and retrenchment, and in this regard he is often in the Industrial Court representing clients in claims from ex-employees for unfair dismissal, retrenchment and constructive dismissal, as well as in judicial review applications. He also reviews and drafts mutual separation agreements, employment contracts, employee handbooks and collective agreements. Ravindra has been ranked highly by leading publications in the practice area of Employment & Industrial Relations for many years. He is the President of the Malaysian Society for Labour & Social Security Law and a Past Chairman of the Human Resource Committee of the EU-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
