Sai Yeang is the Head of the firm's Dispute Resolution practice group, having been in practice since 1991 and a partner since 1997. Her foundation in litigation was built on banking, in which sector she continues to represent clients with aplomb. She also has extensive experience in property, receivership, insolvency, corporate disputes and insurance litigation. In addition, it is noteworthy that she and her team were retained to advise the insolvency administrators over the assets of Wirecard Sales International Holding GmbH as well as the Liquidator of PappaRich Group Sdn Bhd. The latter brief included advising on the disposal of the insolvent company's assets in several jurisdictions.
Despite her heavy caseload, Sai Yeang finds the time to serve the Malaysian Bar in various committees as well as being a trainer in the Bar Council’s Advocacy Training courses.
Sai Yeang has been well-ranked as a litigator by Chambers & Partners Asia Pacific.
