Raimon Tagliavini joined Uría Menéndez in 2001 and he is a partner of the firm since 2012.

Raimon has over 15 years of experience advising domestic and foreign companies on insolvency and pre-insolvency restructuring proceedings and on disputes before the Spanish courts and tribunals and international an national arbitrations. He combines his professional activity with the academic activity in several faculties.

He has expertise advising on insolvency, restructuring, dispute resolution and general contract law.
