Our dispute resolution team is formidable on the Estonian market. We are truly renowned for our broad experience and expertise in advising both numerous governmental agencies as well as private business leaders engaged in various economic sectors. We are particularly prominent in construction law disputes, acquisitions related disputes and disputes between the shareholders, disputes requiring complex technical knowledge in specific fields, public/administrative law disputes and public procurement law disputes.

The success of our litigation team is owed to the remarkable members of our team. The head of the team is Raiko Lipstok, a leading litigator in civil law, public procurement disputes, and arbitration cases. Raiko has also been appointed as an arbitrator in multiple arbitration court proceedings. The co-head of the team, Toomas Pikamäe, is one of the most experienced litigators in Estonia specializing in public/administrative law. Between 1 January 2021 until 30 May 2024, Toomas has eleven times represented clients in the Supreme Court of Estonia. Additionally, Toomas has represented five times clients in the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), being one of the few practitioners in Estonia having extensive experience in the matter.

Senior Associates Kaarel Berg and Erko-Andreas Roosik have played significant roles in several key disputes and have led some of them.
