Prior to establishing the firm in 2016, Rafał worked in the Warsaw office of an international law firm.
Rafał is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw (2008) and the London School of Economics (2009, LLM).
In 2024, the team led by Rafał at Kondracki Celej received the “VC legal advisor of the year” award from the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.
