Arkadiusz Klejnowski

Arek advises leading domestic and international venture capital funds, as well as emerging growth technology companies, on a broad range of corporate, company law, and commercial law matters. His expertise includes venture capital investments, exits, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He specialises in issues such as venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, venture debts, and employee stock option plans.

Additionally, Arek provides counsel on a wide array of transactions involving shares and assets, joint ventures, disposals, and entity restructuring. He also offers ongoing legal assistance in areas such as company law, commercial law, and the intersection of IT and intellectual property law, ensuring comprehensive support for his clients' strategic and operational needs.

Prior to joining the team in 2020, he was dealing with VC transactions in a Warsaw law firm, and before that he worked at an American law firm specialising in VC deals, specifically between CEE companies and Silicon Valley investors.

He completed his law and administration studies from the University of Gdańsk (2015), his postgraduate studies in intellectual property law from IP Centrum im. H. Grocjusz (2017) and postgraduate studies in LegalTech and innovation in the legal industry, SWPS University (2022).
