Kondracki Celej advised Future Energy Ventures on its investment in Pstryk Energy Group as part of the company’s €7 million Series A financing round.

The round was led by Future Energy Ventures, with participation from strategic investor AxpoMontis VC, existing investors ff Venture Capital and Simpact Ventures, as well as private investors. The financing brings the total capital raised by Pstryk to nearly €13.8 million.

The new funding will support the further development of Pstryk’s technology, the scaling of its operations and the expansion of its offering to more households across Poland.

Pstryk is developing solutions that allow consumers to purchase electricity at dynamic prices. Through its mobile application, users can monitor energy prices and consumption and adjust the use of their devices to periods when electricity is less expensive. The company’s offering is aimed, among others, at owners of solar panels, energy storage systems, heat pumps and electric vehicles.

The investment reflects the growing role of technology in the transformation of the energy sector and the shift towards a more flexible, decentralised and consumer-focused energy market.

Kondracki Celej advised Future Energy Ventures on all Polish legal aspects of the investment. The transaction was led by Rafał Celej and Arkadiusz Klejnowski, with support from Kamila Banaś and Gabriela Lewicka.

Congratulations to the Future Energy Ventures and Pstryk Energy Group teams, as well as all investors involved in the transaction.
