Kondracki Celej and Sparring announce Polish–U.S. partnership

Kondracki Celej and Sparring are partnering to provide coordinated Polish and U.S. legal support for startups, technology companies and venture investors.

The collaboration covers cross-border financings, U.S. expansion and M&A, combining Kondracki Celej’s Polish venture capital and technology transaction practice with Sparring’s U.S. capabilities.

The firms have already worked together on ForActive’s US$3.6 million seed financing and bValue’s US$10 million investment in Fudo Security. Kondracki Celej led the financing advice for ForActive and the Polish legal work for bValue, with Sparring supporting the relevant U.S. workstreams.

The two independent firms will coordinate the scope of work, responsibilities and client communication on joint matters. The offering is intended for founders and investors seeking continuity of advice across financings, expansion and subsequent transactions.
