Karolina Piotrowska-Andryszczyk

Practice Areas

Karolina focuses on Tech & FinTech venture capital transactions and M&A. She advises leading domestic and international VC funds and technology companies on a wide range of corporate matters, including venture capital investments and exits, venture debts, and employee stock option plans. She regularly participates in legal due diligence procedures, provides corporate services to international company groups, and advises on the restructuring of foreign companies.

Karolina has expertise in cross-border VC transactions, including transactions structured under the frameworks of the BVCA and the NVCA. She has also advised on the formation of venture capital funds and in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).

Karolina is a senior associate at Kondracki Celej.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Karolina worked in the Warsaw office of an international law firm and provided individual legal advisory to domestic companies.

Karolina is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw (2007), the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Warsaw (2006) and has Master 2 studies in French and European Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw with cooperation with University of Poitiers (2008)
