He specializes in advising international institutional investors. He has extensive experience in negotiating complex real estate deals such as sale and leaseback transactions involving shopping centers, retail warehouse schemes, office buildings, logistics warehouses or residential portfolios’ acquisition and disposals. He has also been involved in real estate financing, transactions involving data centers, property construction and development, urban planning, as well as commercial leases in relation to shopping centers and main street units.
He leads the Pro-bono activities of Eversheds Sutherland Spain.
