As a member of the Banking and Finance group, Radha (She/Her/Hers) advises foreign and domestic clients on a wide range of transactions with a particular emphasis on trade and supply chain finance, asset based lending and other structured finance products, loan syndications, cash flow lending, acquisition financings, cross border financings, mezzanine financings and inter-creditor arrangements.

Radha regularly acts for a variety of foreign and domestic financial institutions, institutional investors and corporate borrowers as well as other public and private entities in the financial services, resource, manufacturing, entertainment, energy and retail industries.

Radha recently completed a secondment with the global banking team at an international bank where she advised the bank on a variety of matters relating to global financing transactions.

Prior to law school, Radha worked for a large international captive finance company in the automotive industry. During law school she was an academic representative of the Common Law Student Society, and she coached the Varsity Women’s Fastball team at the University of Ottawa.
