40 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation, contractual disputes, product liability, creditors’ rights, corporate governance, and bankruptcy. Lead counsel in state and federal courts throughout the US and has tried over 50 jury trials. National coordinating counsel for the product liability dockets of several corporations. Currently serving as Georgia trial counsel in approximately thirty lawsuits, involving multi-jurisdictional personal injury and product liability claims.
