Quirine focuses on providing clients with legal, tax and regulatory advice regarding Fund Formation, Fund Reviews, Fund M&A, Investment Joint Ventures and Investment Management. She has in-depth knowledge of the formation, governance, documentation and negotiations of private funds (including buyout, venture capital, impact, debt, real estate and infrastructure), acting for both managers and investors. In addition, Quirine advises clients on carried interest, co-investments, secondary transactions and on issues arising from the fund’s operations. Her focus is providing fully integrated advice (internationally and in combining legal, regulatory and tax advice) based on thorough market and product knowledge.
