Mr. Wang Quanming is the Chairman of the Partners’ Conference and the Director of Brighteous Law Firm. He began his career at a provincial-level government agency in 1995 and became a practicing lawyer in 2001. With 24 years of legal practice, he holds a senior professional title.

he holds several prominent roles, including Deputy Director of the Corporate Law Professional Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association, Legal Advisor to the Zhejiang Provincial Government, Vice President of the Lawyers Law Research Committee of the Zhejiang Law Society, and Vice President of the Zhejiang SME Legal Studies Association, Executive Vice President of the Zhejiang Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, Executive Council Member of the Zhejiang Bankruptcy Law Research Association, Executive Committee Member and Deputy Director of the Legal and Disciplinary Department of the Zhejiang Football Association.

He also serves as a legal expert for the Zhejiang Public Security Department, a legal consultant for the Hangzhou Law Society, and Vice President of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association, where he concurrently chairs its Xihu District branch. Mr. Wang is a special supervisor for the Hangzhou Intermediate People’s Court, a member of the Xihu District People’s Congress Standing Committee, and a mentor at Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University and the Economic Law School of East China University of Political Science and Law, and Arbitrator at both the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission and the Shaoxing Arbitration Commission.

With extensive practical experience in legal practice, Mr. Wang specializes in handling complex, challenging, and significant legal matters, particularly in corporate affairs, major civil and commercial dispute resolution, as well as corporate bankruptcy, liquidation, and restructuring. Leading an integrated legal team, he has provided regular legal services to over a hundred government departments, enterprises, and public institutions. He has handled numerous landmark cases, including Zhejiang’s Top Ten Bankruptcy Administrator Cases and Hangzhou’s Top Ten Influential Cases.

Individually, Mr. Wang has been named “National Advanced Individual in the Lawyer Industry for Excellence” by the Ministry of Justice, “Advanced Individual in the Provincial Judicial Administrative System” and “Outstanding Party Member Lawyer in the Zhejiang Lawyer Industry” by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Justice, “Outstanding Secretary for Demonstrating Responsibility and Action in Hangzhou” by the Hangzhou Municipal Organization Department, and “Xihu Craftsman” by the Xihu District People’s Government. He has also been repeatedly commended and recognized by provincial and municipal lawyers associations, receiving honors such as “Outstanding Young Lawyer in Hangzhou”.

He was rated as an Eminent Practitioner in commercial legal services by Chambers & Partners and was nominated for ALB’s Managing Partner of the Year award.
