王全明，金道律师事务所合伙人会议主席、主任，执业23年，高级职称。兼任全国律协公司法专业委员会副主任、浙江省政府法律顾问、浙江省法学会律师法学研究会副会长、浙江省中小企业法学研究会副会长，浙江省公安厅法律专家咨询委员会委员、杭州市法学会首席法律咨询专家；杭州市律协副会长兼西湖区分会会长、杭州市中级人民法院特邀监督员；杭州市西湖区人大常委会委员、浙江大学光华法学院、华东政法大学经济法学院实务导师、杭州仲裁委员会仲裁员、绍兴仲裁委员会仲裁员等社会职务。办理的案件有获选浙江省破产管理人十大优秀履职案例、杭州市十大影响力案例等优秀经典案例。个人曾荣获全国律师行业“创先争优”先进个人、浙江省律师行业优秀党员律师、浙江律师论坛一等奖、杭州市担当作为好书记等荣誉。被国际法律评级机构钱伯斯评为浙江商事法律服务领域“业界贤达”，并获得ALB管理合伙人大奖提名。

Mr. Wang Quanming is the Chairman of the Partners’ Conference and the Director of Brighteous Law Firm. With 23 years of legal practice and a senior professional title, he holds several prominent roles, including Deputy Director of the Corporate Law Professional Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association, Legal Advisor to the Zhejiang Provincial Government, Vice President of the Lawyers Law Research Committee of the Zhejiang Law Society, and Vice President of the Zhejiang SME Legal Studies Association.

He also serves as a legal expert for the Zhejiang Public Security Department, a legal consultant for the Hangzhou Law Society, and Vice President of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association, where he concurrently chairs its Xihu District branch. Mr. Wang is a special supervisor for the Hangzhou Intermediate People’s Court, a member of the Xihu District People’s Congress Standing Committee, and a mentor at Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University and the Economic Law School of East China University of Political Science and Law.

Mr. Wang has handled numerous landmark cases, including Zhejiang’s Top Ten Bankruptcy Administrator Cases and Hangzhou’s Top Ten Influential Cases. His accolades include recognition as an “Advanced Individual in Excellence and Innovation” by the national legal profession, “Outstanding Party Member Lawyer of Zhejiang,” and first prize at the Zhejiang Lawyers Forum. He was rated as an Eminent Practitioner in commercial legal services by Chambers & Partners and was nominated for ALB’s Managing Partner of the Year award.
