浙江金道律师事务所由全国优秀律师胡祥甫与其他精英律师于2006年1月在杭州成立。取名“金道”，寓意“守信如金，为业载道”，以诚信、专业为本，为客户寻求法律问题的最佳解决之道。金道总分所现有人员580余人，60余名律师有在境外留学或培训经历，目前在宁波、杭州钱塘区、绍兴、台州、温州、湖州、衢州、嘉兴等地设有8家分所。
