胡祥甫，金道律师事务所首席合伙人。西南政法大学法学学士、复旦大学法学硕士，浙江省人大常委会咨询专家、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员、浙江省法学会首席法律咨询专家、杭州市人大代表兼法制委员会委员、浙江大学光华法学院实务导师、浙江工商大学兼职教授、浙江理工大学兼职教授、浙江工业大学客座教授，曾任第六届、第七届杭州市律师协会会长，第六届、第九届浙江省律师协会副会长，第三届、第四届杭州市律师协会副会长。2005年荣获“全国优秀律师”称号、2020年荣获“全国优秀法律顾问”称号，历年曾获“浙江省十大法治人物”“浙江省律师事业突出贡献奖”等荣誉。在各级人民法院代理重大疑难复杂案件1500余件，其中代理最高人民法院审理的案件30余件。在《中国法学》等期刊发表60余篇论文，出版《法庭风云》系列个人案例选集。

Mr. Hu Xiangfu is the Chief Partner of Brighteous Law Firm. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and a Master’s degree in Law from Fudan University. He serves as a consultant expert for the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress, an arbitrator for the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Chief Legal Counsel for the Zhejiang Law Society, a deputy to the Hangzhou Municipal People’s Congress and a member of its Legislative Committee. Additionally, he is a mentor at Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University and a part-time professor at Zhejiang Gongshang University, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, and Zhejiang University of Technology.

Mr. Hu is the former President of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association (6th and 7th sessions) and Vice President of the Lawyers Association of Zhejiang (6th and 9th sessions). He was recognized as a “National Outstanding Lawyer” in 2005 and a “National Outstanding Legal Advisor” in 2020. Over the years, he has also been honored with awards such as “Top Ten Legal Figures in Zhejiang Province” and the “Outstanding Contribution Award to Zhejiang’s Legal Profession”.

Mr. Hu has dealt with over 1,500 high profile cases in courts at all levels, including more than 30 cases handled by the Supreme People’s Court. He has published over 60 academic articles in journals such as China Legal Science and authored the Courtroom Storm case series.
