Before joining Zhong Lun, Mr. Qinghua Liang acted as Secretary of Customs Commissioner and head of legal department of Guangzhou Customs and as in-house counsel of Guangzhou Metro Corporation, and such experience familiarized him with compliance policies applicable to state-owned companies and compliance requirements of the Customs. Mr. Liang is well-versed in risk prevention relating to international trade and customs and skilful at handling customs investigation and defending clients in criminal cases of smuggling.

Mr. Liang has extensive experience and profound knowledge in the areas of M&A, cross-border transaction, IPO, securitization, and corporate bonds. He has represented a large number of local and international clients on dozens of transactions across a wide range of sectors. He is astute at coming up with efficient and creative solutions based on in-depth dissection of intricate legal issues from the perspective of an experienced lawyer.
