Pride has extensive practice and corporate experience. Prior to co-founding BeraMasamba, he spent 13 years in corporate, heading the legal portfolio of a leading diversified investment group operating in multiple jurisdictions with interests in financial services, hospitality, property, agro-chemicals, energy and broadband.

Pride specialises in commercial, corporate and project work, including M&A, capital markets, energy, and infrastructure transactions. He has considerable deal structuring, and project execution experience in multiple jurisdictions, including International Financial Service Centres in Africa and the Channel Islands.
