I am an experienced lawyer with over 21 years of experience in the corporate, commercial, mining, and energy space. I advise clients on investments into Zimbabwe particularly in mining, energy, agriculture, tourism, and manufacturing. I do pre-acquisition due diligence work across sectors, transaction structuring that complies with local laws, all regulatory and compliance issues, competition commission approvals, and ancillary work. For investments in the energy space, I can handle all the advisory work, applications for licenses, negotiations for PPA
