A consummate professional with over 36 years experience as a lawyer, who possesses strong organisational and analytical skills, time management skills, he delights himself not in the effort he puts in but in the results he achieves which bespeaks of his ever present keen eye for the bottom line. A believer that you are as strong as your weakest link, Promise strives in influencing and motivating teams in order to drive performance for the benefit of all stakeholders.

Starting off as a Professional Assistant with Coghlan and Welsh Legal Practitioners, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe Promise from that position to Managing Partner and eventually Senior Partner from the 1st of October 2007 to date. He is a member of various Boards including Ecobank Zimbabwe Limited, Zimbabwe International Trade Fair Company and Legal Resources Foundation to mention but a few.
