Pracheta has advised domestic and international clients in Capital Markets and Securities related transactions including initial public offerings, qualified institutions placement, rights issues and private placement of equity shares, warrants, non-convertible debentures and bonds. He has also advised clients on delisting of securities, mergers and acquisitions and General Corporate Commercial laws. Recent transactions include the IPOs of Cello Industries Limited, Inox India Limited, DOMS Industries Limited, Senco Gold Limited, Bikaji Foods International Limited, Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Limited, Data Patterns (India) Limited and Rategain Travel Technologies Limited, Rights issues by IIFL Finance Limited and Capri Global Finance Limited and QIPs by Coforge Limited, The Karnataka Bank Limited, Angel One Limited, Axiscades Limited and Rategain Travel Technologies Limited. He has also been associated with the restructuring of debt by the Suzlon group in 2020. He was also part of the team that successfully completed the ₹ 5,046 crore initial placement of units on a private placement basis and listing of National Highways Infra Trust. This was the first-ever private placement of units in India by a public sector body. Subsequently, he has also assisted in the ₹ 1,430 crore institutional placement of units by the National Highways Infra Trust, which was the first ever institutional placement of units in India as well as the second institutional placement of units by the National Highways Infra Trust of ₹ 16,000 crore, which was the largest institutional placement of units in India.
He has nearly 15 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets and is rated as a ‘notable practitioner’ in the field of ‘capital markets’ by legal publications including IFLR.
