He has represented leading private equity funds (EQT, Carlyle, Advent) and public corporations (Bosch, Coforge, Singtel, Google, Virtusa, Indium, Sagility) across multiple transactions.

Represented EQT in its acquisition of
HDFC Credila for USD 1.5 billion. The deal was the largest ever private equity buyout in the Indian financial services sector. The deal was also declared as the ‘deal of the year’ in the large cap category by Asian Venture Capital.
