Pia Williams Keevil

Pia Keevil is a partner in Willkie’s Litigation Department and a member of the Accounting Litigation & Enforcement Practice Group. Her practice covers a range of complex civil litigation and regulatory matters with a focus on securities and financial reporting. She represents clients in investigations by US law enforcement and regulatory agencies, including the SEC and PCAOB. She also conducts internal corporate investigations and advises clients on compliance issues, including relating to bribery and corruption. Pia has particular experience in international and cross-border matters, having handled matters in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. She speaks fluent Spanish.
