With decades of experience representing high-profile health care clients, Peter Olberg has a strong track record in corporate health care issues, focusing his practice on corporate finance, securities law, and merger and acquisition transactions. Peter frequently represents health systems and academic institutions in financing and transactional matters, including hospital and health system acquisitions, joint venture transactions, and workout and turnaround projects.

Peter is also well-versed in community development and real estate financing transactions, with emphasis on transactions involving federal tax credits as an investment feature.
