He is known for his client-first approach, with deep experience navigating the gamut of entertainment transactions, including with respect to global licensing; distribution; tours; copyright and trademark enforcement; NFTs; catalog sales; executive producer deals; content creation agreements; animated feature, concert film and soundtrack production deals; and documentary financing agreements. Notably, Jordan and his team helped clients negotiate and complete $2.3 billion in catalog sales over the past year.
Alongside his work guiding clients through some of the most high-profile and complex transactions, Jordan is also a respected advocate for workers in the music industry. As a member of the Music Artist Coalition’s board, Jordan is known for helping industry stakeholders and government representatives identify important issues facing the music industry and negotiating a unified response to those issues that have resulted in the passage of new laws regulating the space.
