Trial and appellate lawyer Barry Landsberg has won several first-impression cases for hospitals and nursing homes before the California Supreme Court and the California Court of Appeal and is regularly recognized as one of the nation’s preeminent health care litigators. He regularly handles hospital pricing, hospital/physician medical staff and religious freedom cases for faith-based hospitals that have produced favorable decisions for hospitals in the trial courts, the Court of Appeal and the California Supreme Court.
