Our Tech practice is one of the strongest in Sweden. For 25+ years, Delphi’s Tech & IP group has led the field, advising government and trade organizations on industry frameworks and contracts.
The team operates independently yet collaborates closely with Delphi’s other practices, playing a key role in M&A, IPOs, and supporting tech start-ups. We also assist public authorities in IT procurement, working alongside our public procurement team.

- Digitalization: Advising on data privacy, liability, contracting, and risk in sectors like smart housing, e-healthcare, and finance. We also support public-sector digital transformation, navigating complex regulations.
- IT Contracting & Outsourcing: A recognized leader in outsourcing, cloud solutions, and SIAM implementation. Our structured sourcing model helps clients manage risk and comply with EBA and EIOPA standards.
- E-commerce: Advising major retailers with a structured, hands-on approach valued for its efficiency and business insight.
- Cloud: Supporting IT migration, tackling regulatory challenges. We’ve represented Google in Swedish "right to be forgotten" cases and played a key role in internet blocking litigation.

- E-healthcare: Advising on patient data systems, medical devices, and GDPR compliance, representing major suppliers in procurement.
