Peter Wolrich is an eminent leader in the field of international arbitration. He acts as Counsel to States, national corporations and multinational corporations in high value arbitrations. He also serves as Chairman of Arbitral Tribunals, Sole Arbitrator, or Co-Arbitrator. He is active in both treaty/investor and commercial arbitrations. He has served as Dispute Board Chairman and is a CEDR accredited mediator. Mr Wolrich served as Chairman of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR from 2002 to 2013 and was a principle draftsman of the 2012 ICC Rules of Arbitration and the ICC Expert Rules.
