Partner Eric Gilioli divides his time between New York, Astana and Milan. His practice is centered on Kazakhstan, where he advises the Ministry of Energy, PSA LLC and KazMunayGas (the national oil company of Kazakhstan) on corporate and contentious matters. He leads complex negotiations about a wide range of issues relating to the Kashagan and Karachaganak oil fields. Mr. Gilioli was awarded the Medal for Distinguished Labor by the President of Kazakhstan.
Mr. Gilioli is also known for working on major infrastructure projects in Eastern Europe and life sciences projects. He advises on cross-border M&A, corporate reorganizations and commercial contracts.
