Dr. Frutos-Peterson is a prominent and experienced member of Curtis’ International Arbitration practice, and is Managing Partner of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. A former counsel at ICSID, she is widely regarded as a leading authority on arbitration, international law and international investment law, and is particularly well known for her work representing sovereign clients in investor-state arbitration proceedings. She also frequently acts as an arbitrator, and as counsel to private companies in international commercial arbitrations.
