Career
Simon is a Partner and head of the firm's Arbitration and Disputes team based in Muscat. He is one of Oman's most experienced arbitration counsel, with nearly 15 years arbitration experience in the jurisdiction. He has advised on some of Oman's largest and most complex arbitrations. He has particular experience in construction and infrastructure disputes (both as counsel, and sitting as arbitrator), and has successfully advised and represented numerous government companies, multinationals and local entities in both Oman law and international arbitration.
