Peter is one of Gibraltar’s most senior and eminent lawyers. He is recognized as an expert in the fields of financial services, corporate and trust law and has spoken at various conferences on corporate, trust, insurance and e-gaming matters.

Peter remains heavily and increasingly involved in corporate governance and advisory activities for the Government, including his positions on: The Board of the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission; The Gibraltar Financial Services Working Group; The Government’s Personal Residency Offering Group; The board of the Gibraltar International Bank.

Peter also specialises in gaming law and regulation and has been instrumental in the development of the law in this area. In addition to his advisory role, Peter is a director of various regulated entities involved in financial services including banking and insurance as well as telecoms and gaming.

Peter sits on the board of HM Government of Gibraltar’s Brexit Gaming Working Group and is a member of the Gaming Review Group, reporting to the Minister on its vision for the continuing success of the gaming industry.

Peter has written for a number of publications including for the European Lawyer and Tottel Publishing.

Peter is the current Chairman of the local STEP Branch.
