Mark Isola KC

Mark acts regularly for major businesses and employers in Gibraltar, including HM Government of Gibraltar and other public bodies, combining a commercial and civil dispute resolution practice, and specialising and recognised as a leading expert in property and employment law. His unique commercial and dispute resolution background enables him to advise and address almost all issues that might affect any business in their day-to-day activities.

Mark regularly advises the transactional team on mergers and acquisitions involving as they do a wide range of businesses from gaming, e-commerce, banking and property sectors, from a property and employment law perspective.
