Petar Kojdić is a partner and head of the firm’s Banking & Finance practice in Serbia.
With over 17 years of experience, he advises lenders and borrowers on complex cross-border and domestic financing transactions across Serbia and the SEE region, including acquisition and leveraged finance, project finance, restructurings and refinancings, as well as capital markets and portfolio transactions.
His practice focuses on the application of international finance documentation under Serbian law, including LMA-based loan documentation. It also encompasses netting, derivatives, financial collateral and enforceability.
He regularly advises international banks and financial institutions on structuring and negotiating sophisticated finance and hedging arrangements, issues Serbian law legal opinions, and provides regulatory advice in the context of financial transactions.
Petar is the author of the Serbian ISDA netting opinion and the ICMA GMRA opinion.
