Aleksandra Petrović is a partner focusing on energy, infrastructure and regulatory matters in Serbia and the wider Balkan region. She advises national and international clients on legal issues arising in major energy and industrial projects, ranging from wind and solar parks to hydro and thermal power plants.

With over 10 years of experience in regulatory and energy matters, Aleksandra is recognised as a key transactional lawyer in large-scale energy M&A and development projects, with a particular emphasis on renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. She also advises policymakers on institutional and regulatory reforms in the energy sector. In that capacity, Aleksandra has substantial experience in drafting legislation relating to renewable energy, designing CfD auctions, and preparing relevant support agreements for the Governments of Serbia and Montenegro. Her significant clients in the renewable and infrastructure sectors include RP Global, Hitachi Rail, Trina Solar, Masdar Taaleri Generation, Resalta, and many others.

She is one of the founders of the Association for Energy Law of Serbia (UPES) and was an elected member of the Committee of Young Professionals of the National Petroleum Committee of Serbia – WPC from 2022 to 2024.
