Dijana Grujić is a partner specializing in corporate/M&A, as well as all aspects of real estate and project development transactions. She plays a key role in the firm’s major transactions and projects across Serbia, Montenegro, and Croatia.

She has 16 years of experience in local and cross-border transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation. She regularly supports clients from initial strategies and risk assessments through signing and closing. Additionally, Dijana has a significant track record in advising on lease agreements, land acquisition, and acquisition and development of large-scale residential projects. Some of her clients include Xprimia, Menzies Aviation, Foundever, Hifa Oil, and CPI Property Group.

She is widely recognised for her strong transactional expertise and her ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional deals efficiently, ensuring smooth execution from structuring through to completion.
