Career

Miloš Laković is a partner who heads the firm's energy department in Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia, and serves as a regional energy partner. He focuses on all energy, infrastructure, and regulatory projects in the region, with emphasis on renewable energy transactions. During his career, he has been involved in numerous electricity generation projects, trading activities in the energy sector, acquisitions, development and construction of wind, solar, hydro, thermal power plants in the region and many more.

Since 2010, he authors the Serbian and Montenegrin chapters of the yearly European Handbook published by Herbert Smith Freehills. Miloš is also a founding member of the board of Serbian Energy Law Association (UPES).

Miloš graduated from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Law (LL.B. 2007) and studied for a year at the CEEPUS exchange program in 2006 at the Karl-Franzens-Universität in Graz, Austria.
