Ivan Pantović is a senior partner specialising in real estate in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. With more than 20 years of experience, he has advised on some of the largest and most sophisticated real estate transactions in Serbia and across the SEE region, representing leading international investors, developers, retailers, and real estate investment funds.

Ivan regularly advises clients on acquisitions and disposals of high-value real estate assets, large-scale development projects, real estate financing, construction-related matters, commercial leasing, and asset management. His experience includes advising major international investors, developers and retailers active in the SEE region, including LIDL, CPI Property Group and Menzies Aviation.

Throughout his career, Ivan has played a key role in numerous landmark real estate developments and cross-border transactions in the region, providing strategic legal and commercial guidance to clients navigating complex regulatory and transactional environments.
