Ivan Pantović is a partner who is focused on all aspects of real estate projects in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has a strong track record in representing sellers, purchasers, lenders, landlords and tenants involved in real estate acquisitions, financing acquisition, sale and leaseback transactions, real estate project development, as well as regulatory matters. Ivan's long-standing client list includes retail sector powerhouses in the region – Lidl, Immofinanz, OMV and NEPI Rockcastle. He has considerable experience in advising Government of Montenegro on the long term lease of several locations for development of luxury resorts, and also advised NCR, Telekom Austria, Generali Group and PSI CRO in connection with development and lease of their HQ buildings in Belgrade.
