Career
Pedro Ricardo e Serpa has obtained his Law Degree, Masters and PhD in Civil Law by Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo (FADUSP). Since 2013, Pedro has been a Law Professor at Escola de Direito de São Paulo of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-LAW), teaching at the Professional Master’s Degree in Law and at post-graduate courses such as Real State Law, Civil Procedure Law, Contract Law, Wealth Planning and Business Law. He is also a reviewer of articles published in the Journal of the Post-Graduate Program in Law (PPG-Dir) and the Journal of Faculdade de Direito from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRG).
