Fábio Baldissera has extensive experience advising national and foreign clients on real estate transactions and real estate issues related to M&A, infrastructure projects, wealth and succession planning, and strategic real estate litigation. Mr. Baldissera worked in São Paulo on the same field for approximately seven years before joining the firm in its foundation. Fábio is a Doctor of Laws by the Universidad de Burgos in Spain and a Specialist in Real Estate Law by FADISP and visiting professor in many Real Estate Law post-graduation and extension courses.
